He knew he could do better—and more importantly, do it the right way. Joe understands that when someone calls for roadside assistance, they're not just dealing with a car problem—they're dealing with fear, frustration, and urgency. It might be a parent stranded with their children, a worker trying to get home safely, or someone stuck on the side of the road late at night. Joe believes no one should feel alone in those moments. Joe restarted his towing and roadside assistance company to bring honesty, respect, and reliability back to the industry. His goal was never to be the biggest towing company—it was to be the most trusted. Every call is treated like it matters, because to the person stranded on the road, it does.
